She has lived everything she teaches.
Kara Bunde-Dunn spent 25 years in corporate leadership, climbing from Director to Chief Sales Officer. As a Senior Vice President, she led nine departments and more than 100 people. Then, as a Chief Sales Officer, she doubled her company's revenue in two and a half years.
She was mostly herself with her peers and her team. But with the people above her, she showed up as the buttoned-up boardroom version of herself and hid the parts she was afraid wouldn't fit. She was let go anyway, and she learned that hiding never protects you. It only costs you more.
Today Kara is an AI super user, and she loves what it makes possible. But her work isn't about the technology. It's about the gaps it creates. For the first time, people have space to breathe, reset and start again from a centered, aligned place.
