I climbed from Director to Vice President to Senior Vice President to Chief Sales Officer. I led nine departments, over 100 people, and doubled company revenue in two and a half years.
And I was hiding the most important part of myself the entire time.
I know what it costs to mask my authenticity to perform at the highest levels. I know what it does to your body, your family, and the people around you. And I know exactly what shifts when you stop.
